Passing on my enthusiasm for the pasty trade by sharing my knowledge and experience is something I love. This passing on can be done by means of workshops (short hands-on training) and courses in pastry, chocolaterie and glacerie. Team training (pastry training for your team, dealing with new techniques, working more efficiently, inspiration, etc.) and Masterclasses (presentation combined with the right recipes) are also possible.
